Cal Spas of Minnesota

We were having some issues with our hot tub and the service team of Dave and Monte were extremely helpful in helping me diagnose what could be wrong. When it turned out there were 2 different issues (1 electrical) they immediately helped get us on the schedule so it could be fixed. Jeff (technician) was able to fix the problem within an hour of arrival. Very impressed with the team.

We had an incredibly experience with the Cal Spa team! Our sales guy Don was knowledgeable, polite and not pushy at all. When we asked him how Cal Spa compares to other options in the Twin Cities, rather than bashing the other products (like some other places did that shall remain nameless), Don focused on the benefits of Cal Spa, where their quality was superior, and shared info on warranties and customer satisfaction. When it came time for installation, the crew was FANTASTIC! They were quick, courteous, helpful and basically a group of nice, fun guys. They walked me through all the setup steps, gave tips about owning a spa in MN in the winter, and left me with all the right info to setup and maintain my spa. I highly recommend going to Cal Spa!

Quick note to say thanks so much to your team. We stopped in last week to take a peek after having a deposit down with Jacuzzi and getting the run around for two months. Jacuzzi store was terrible overall. I decided to forfeit my deposit and go another route. So glad I did. Don was amazing and the delivery team today was just as good. Thank you so much!

I have to give a shout out to Aaron, Bruce and the install team. We recently purchased a swim spa from Cal Spas. What an unbelievable experience. They treated me and my family like we were their best VIP customer. Best experience I have ever received from any company. Absolutely amazing. They are a world class, luxury company. I will be a life time customer. Thank you Cal Spa for being absolutely amazing and supplying me and my family the best Swim Spa ever!!!!

Anyone needing spa parts in Minnesota should definitely go see Seth at Cal Spas. I have a competitors spa and am a complete do it yourself type of person. So when my home theater spa needed parts I went to M****r Spa and the staff was incredibly rude, did not care to sell me parts to maintain my spa that I bought a couple years prior from them. I paid over 18k for my spa and when I tried to purchase a few hundred dollars of parts I needed, rather than direct me to a parts counter I was introduced to a fast talker salesman. I was introduced to the salesman as " this guy has a old theater spa and it's breaking down and he's in need of a new one" I walked out and left somehow ended up at Cal Spas figuring I was gonna have to buy a new one since no one will sell parts. Then I met Seth. He took the time to listen to me and my needs, never tried or hinted at me buying a new spa. He took me to their parts warehouse behind the sales floor and ii found EVERYTHING I needed. Most spa parts as far as plumbing is concerned is generic and manufacturer don't matter. So long story short, no matter who made your spa or if your looking at maybe buying your first but are unsure, go check out Cal Spas and ask for Seth. No pressure to buy, patient, knowledgeable and he will remember you the next time you come in. I drive almost 2 hours to go there and I'm happy to do it.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I’m so impressed by highest level of professionalism and customer service that Cal Spas has treated me with. I bought a hot tub at state fair 16 months ago from Bruce. He was amazing! I just had first problem with lights that stopped working. I was so anxious about problem, being that this hot tub was a big investment. From Dave the service Mgr, to Dillion the tech that came out today, Just an awesome experience! They found a slight crack in the main LED, promptly diagnosed it, fixed it, and stood behind the warranty with nothing but kindness and professionalism! So happy with them, and will never buy a hot tub from anyone other than Cal Spa! Thanks guys, Rick
